Background
Hi, I’m Brian Kimutis - a yoga therapist with over eight years of experience helping people connect with their bodies, reduce stress, and find greater ease in daily life. I hold a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy and specialize in research-informed, accessible practices that support functional recovery, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse communities in both clinical and wellness settings, creating spaces where people can feel supported, safe, and empowered. My training includes developing individualized care plans, leading group workshops on shared health goals, and integrating yoga therapy with evidence-informed approaches to behavior change and stress management.
I’m passionate about advancing whole-person care through collaboration—whether in rehabilitation, public health, or community-based programs. Above all, my goal is to meet you where you are and co-create a path that feels supportive, sustainable, and deeply nourishing for your unique journey.
